Any cardholder issued under the VISA/Mastercard logo, Romanian or foreign citizen.

WHAT OPERATIONS ARE AVAILABLE ON ATM MULTIBANCO?

  • Cash withdrawals in RON
  • DCC (Dynamic Currency Conversion) services – (available exchange rates are described on the ATM screen)
  • Balance inquiry
  • PIN change
  • PIN unlock

WHAT FEES ARE CHARGED FOR USING ATM MULTIBANCO?

Users of cards issued by Romanian banks will pay only the commissions provided in the tariff plan agreed with the card issuing bank. No additional fees are charged.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF…?

… the card was captured in the ATM Multibanco
Please contact the issuing bank for further verifications and card blocking.

… I wanted to withdraw money, the ATM did not release the requested amount but my account was debited.
Please contact the issuing bank for registration of the incident and further information on how to recover the amount.

IN CASE YOU NOTICE PROBLEMS at a MULTIBANCO ATM (is defective or shows signs of vandalism or tampering), please report it immediately to our Customer Support Team at (+40) 021 207 2726 (local call cost) and they will take all the necessary actions, as quickly as possible.

… stand in front of the ATM to avoid anyone behind you can see your PIN code or the amount of money withdrawn.
… cover the PIN pad with your hands when you enter the PIN code.
… not provide information to strangers such as the PIN code, card or bank account number details.
